It healed my elbows! If you have elbow joint pain, I highly recommend this. I endured elbow pain for months, but it subsided within five days of taking a 1g megadose per day (thatās 4 tablets). By two weeks, the pain simply vanished. Though I still face wrist pain and neck pain, B1 regrettably did not remedy those.

This product has been effective for joint pain. My ankle seems to benefit greatly for pain relief, allowing me to feel comfortable without exhaustion. It truly aids in managing my knee pain as well.

High quality ingredients in large quantities, with folic acid and niacin boosting energy. The packaging is commendable and the effect is excellent. Although my metabolism feels poor, I can consume this with water to mask the taste. Most importantly, the pain and numbness have disappeared, including the knee pain.
